Pico 4 Pro. Human Anatomy VR App not on the app store

Hi,
I was recently on a trip to China and I bought the Pico 4 pro. Unfortunately, the region on the device is locked to China as it hasn't been released elsewhere. The Chinese app store doesn't have the Human Anatomy VR app on it. I would like to know if I can manually inject the app from my computer so that I can download the app on the Pico and have the full experience. Or is there a way where I could change the region (tried to change the region by factory resetting the Pico, didn't work)
