Epic Games Launcher Verifying That I am Human

I have this problem with my Epic Games Launcher where it is making me verify that I am human, but it just keeps reloading. Every time that I click to verify I am human, the launcher refreshes and makes me verify I am human again. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the launcher and that didn't solve the problem. I have tried clearing the cache and that didn't work. I even tried to clean boot my PC to see if it would work. Nothing has been able to fix my problem. I put in a support ticket to Epic Games, but they just gave me advice telling me to do things that I already have done. This has been going on for about a week and it's starting to give me a headache. Does anyone have any ideas of how I may be able to fix this? I attached a video to help diagnose the problem.

Are you using a VPN? They usually trigger a lot of these captchas.

I generally make it so game launchers don't go through an always-on VPN because of download speed and this exact issue.

I am not using a VPN. I'm at a loss of what could be causing this.

it appears you are using star link this may be causing it

but the ip is not reported  for abuse

The problem fixed itself. My launcher is finally back to normal.
