In need of mobile hotspot advice

So I currently use a Samsung s20 with cricket wireless. Since starting school, I have found the need for a mobile hotspot. Cricket for some reason only supports select Samsung models yet supports every iPhone it seems. The Samsung phones they do support that wouldn't be a big downgrade are

  • Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G

  • Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G

  • Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G 

I am leaning towards the s20+ because I like having a faster phone and the s20 Fe and s21 Fe are basically the same phone. I am stuck with this carrier for a while due to financial and family reasons. What do you recommend I do?
