Some websites and apps randomly stop working.

I know it’s not an isp issue because other devices have no problem. 
 

Steam and iracing randomly lose internet connection on my pc. I can’t access their websites or use their apps. Anyone know why?

 

I reset my pc as well, it just doesn’t seem to work. I keep restarting my pc and randomly it starts working until it doesn’t lol.
