Fifine k669 not working

A few years back I purchased my fifine k669, had no problems and loved it. I always have been one to rage at games and think my months of constant yelling into it may have broken it but not sure. I have checked to see that the amp is not lowered on the mic and windows. If anyone knows if it’s broken, or anything it could be I thank you in advance.
