Logitech MS Master 3 vs. 3S

This may be totally obvious, but other than the "silence" aspect of the 3S, are there any real difference in the two models?

I'm planning to update my desk space soon and the Azio keyboard i just got from a Kickstarter would look really good next to the gray MS 3, a color option they don't have in the 3S.  And yes, I feel a bit silly for caring so much about the aesthetic (and a little silly for going for an MS Master at all since they seem to be in every desk setup video on YouTube).  I'm just curious if I'd be giving anything up with it.  I also seem to only see them used on Amazon in that color choice at this point.

Also, I don't really game much (City of Heroes, possibly going to pick up Baldur's Gate 3 finally), so it's just for office use and the ergonomic aspect.
