So i can seem to find in Adrenalin where to check for update

so i googled my apu ryzen 5 3400g and found on amd website Adrenalin 24.1.1

would this update my apu driver or would this just Adrenalin ?

don't want to waste time install it if its just a Adrenalin update

The full suite, everything you need. Well besides chipset drivers. I don’t know what chipset you have.
