7950x GPU Abnomoly (no source)

I have been troubleshooting this for a while now. With the pcspkr I'm getting 1 long and 3 short which is GPU abnomoly. However, I've tried with GPU and without GPU. I've done 4 stick of ram and 1 stick of ram (tried 2 different sticks). 

 

I always get VGA light on and eventually Boot light on with those beeps. 

 

I feel like I know what's wrong (bios being weird with egpu) however, I can't get any display either on GPU or eGPU. I'd love to get into the bios but I still have no source. 

 

Any ideas?
