Bios Update not doing anything

I started updating my bios like 4 hours ago and it's not restarting anymore but it's also not giving me a bios screen. Should I wait or do I need to do anything. Also I'm using Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX

Bios update does not need 4 hours it needs 5 - 10 mins, something is wrong there, restart pc and see if it boots, if not then use gigabyte Q flash and flash bios by that way, also dont directly flash latest version, update bios step by step
