How do I upload reaction videos?

So I've been really digging the wwe scene as of late and there's some segments that are uploaded to YouTube. I wanted to film my reaction to the segments and upload it to my YouTube. I want to do it properly so no copyright strikes affect my channel aka get banned.

well you just upload it to youtube and hope your "reaction" was enough to be considered under fairuse, otherwise no luck

Seriously though. Unless your reaction is to provide insight or push more information, you just going "Ooooh MAN Look at  that!" will be hit with a strike. Well it might, you might be so small that they might not care..yet
