For some reason after a recent update if i talk to loudly into my mic I hear myself in my headset or sound bar.   Blue Yeti

 

Listen to is turned off

does it match up exactly when you say it or is it a little delayed?

 

if it matches up, it's a feature called sidetone.

you can adjust it's levels in controlpanel>sound>playback device>levels

Slight delay when it happens.

try switching to cardiod mode, the symbol looks like a heart
