If I were you I would get the 7870 le/xt, it basically performs just as well as a 7950 when overclocked, and it is only $230 ish for the powercolor one or $250 for the sapphire one, Plus you get three free games I think.

My rig: i7 930 oc to 3.4 ghz, GA-X58A-UD3R, 6GB of ocz ram, antec nine hundred two, seasonic g 650, gigabyte 7970 OC, 120 GB Samsung 840, 1TB Seagate barracuda. Cm storm trigger mx browns and a steelseries sensei raw.

Any idea where i can get the XT version? Because I can't find it on ncix.ca. The LE ones are from powercolor right?

7870 hands down. It has more overclocking potential, has a higher memory bandwidth, texel rate and pixel rate than the 660, and when ordered from appropriate retailers, comes with free games through the Never Settle Reloaded Bundle!

Computer Specs (The Space Fridge):

CPU: Intel i5 3570k | Motherboard: MSI Z77A G45 | RAM: Kingston Hyper X Blu | SSD: OCZ Agility 3 (60GB) |

HDD: Seagate Barracuda (500GB) | GPU: MSI HD 7950 Fwin Frozr iii | PSU: Corsair CX600 | Case: NZXT Phantom 410 w/ NZXT Blue LED strip

I would personally go with the MSI edition: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127722

It has a higher base clock and comes with the reliability of MSI :D Also MSI cards, I find, are really good and easy with overclocks.

You can get a sapphire xt version at canadacomputers but that power color one will out perform any normal 7870 the le/xt are just a 7950 with less vram and with some cores disabled.

Edit: Here's a link to the sapphire xt http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=43_557_558&item_id=057211

They are similar in performance but in the end of the day the hd 7870 beats in a lot of games by 4%. So go with the hd 7870. It comes with 3 games aswell and also overclocks pretty good. If I where you i would try to fing an hd 7870 xt as they have better performance than the hd 7870 and costing roughly the same.

Definitely get a 7870 and this is the one I would recommend. It's the xt version so basically a gimped 7950 which makes it significantly more powerful and gives it a lot more overclock headroom.
