0xc000021a error after installing Windows

Try a new install medium (reflash it) first since in your case it seems to be a broken installer (see picture, you didn't touch it so I assume it's not an virus)

seems like your disk is having damaged sectors, wich will reduce the capacity

i tried hdd regenarator, low level format but it didnt work. i bought this hdd for 3.5 dollars so its doesnt matter. ill buy ssd.
