Upgrading my current pc

Budget (including currency): 500$ USD + (100$) for taxes/shipping

Country: USA

Games: Beamng.drive, Rainbow 6, Forza 3-5, Control, and Cyberpunk

Currently I have a Ryzen 5 2600(@3.9) along with an EVGA 2070 Super. Im looking to upgrade to a 3070Ti(~300$) and also plan on upgrading my Cpu (~150-200$) to pair with it. (Either a 3600xt or a 5600x).

I plan on reselling my old parts either on Ebay or to my friends (Ofc at a discount)

Do you think these choices in upgrades would pair well together? or do you think differently?

5600x and 3070Ti will definitely be a decent upgrade! They also pair very nice together
