I'm Building my new Pc so i have a doubt regarding Aio that:

1. Is Deepcool castle 360ex a good Aio

2. If I use my pc for 5-6 year does my AIO not last long(means it may leak)

3. Pls suggest your experience which help me to remove my doubt regarding aio leak.

Thanks for reading.

You have said it is rare but why are you switching to air cooler

Air cooling just works. I don't have to worry about it wearing out, or replacing it. Worst case, a fan dies, and I replace that. I've air cooled a 9900k, 12900k, and 13900k now. That being said, I also have room for a NH-D15.

Use case  ? A 360AIO is designed for high power CPU, absolutely unneeded for <100W CPU

This model seems to perform at around same level than a NH-D15 aircooler, so performance is decent but it you want durability the NH-D15 will last indefinitely

Nhd15 and basically any other aircooler out there will outlast that aio

5-7 years aio vs indefinite for aircoolers cause aircoolers are just hunks of metal so unless you physically damage them theyll last forever, and the only thing you may need to replace overtime would be the fans but service interval for those is like every 10+ years or whenever they die unlike aios where the pump dies in 5-7 years and you have to throw the thing out

Also get a deepcool lt aio instead as those are much better cooling performance wise

if you just want the looks then go for a cheaper aio like thermalright frozen prism/notte or one of id coolings aios like the frostflow cause its not advisable to waste your build budget on things that dont impact performance unless youve maxed out your config like 7800x3d + 4090

Huh no I didn't say that, only that its performance are decent (kinda low for a 360 that usually outperform any aircooler)

No idea of how long it'll last but average should be 5 years

Anything better than a stock cooler will do fine on a 14500
