Hello, I have tried to install Windows on my PC because the hard drive that had Windows on it is broken. So, I bought a USB and downloaded Windows 10 to start with, but it didn't work. When I tried to download Windows 11, it showed this message, just like it did with Windows 10: 'Preparing the computer to start in the next installation phase. Restart the installation to install Windows

So I'm assuming from the message, the files have been prepared on the USB.

The next step is to restart your computer, when computer firsts posts you'll want to press the boot select key, normally F12, press it a dozen times.

Select your USB device and follow the setup process.
