600$ PC Build

Budget (including currency): 600$

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Counter-Strike 2, Fortnite, Rust, CoD games and other story games. I’m also going to use it for programming.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I wanna play at 1080p 165fps and I'm going to buy a wifi and bluetooth motherboard.

Or keep costs even lower if the 580 fits the bill and get a used 580 for like $60. Though for the asks of semi demanding games in 1080/165, you’d probably want the 1080.

What about an AMD RX 6600?

Only if you are able to update the bios on the motherboard and get a good price for the 6600

It’s okay if you have a way to flash the bios.
