This was worth the wait!

What do you do when your former employer's sign goes up for auction? You buy it, put a computer in it, forget about it for 9 months, put a different computer in it, cover it in lights, put it in your office, and then use it as your daily driver machine, obviously. It's been far too long since the original plan for this NCIX Gaming PC was put into motion, and finally we have the riveting conclusion to this 2-part saga.

LOL. I have so many fond memories of NCIX and this sign computer really brings me back. The hamsters crashing the servers on Christmas night/Boxing Day. The fight over getting the desktop calendars at the end of the year. The NCIX forum was crazy busy - a thread could get buried in a couple of hours. Seeing Chris at Coquitlam or Henry in Burnaby and chit-chatting. I considering going to work there part time just to be part of the atmosphere. It's too bad that some business decisions did not work out in the end (expansion mostly). Canada Computers and Memory Express are okay for local dealers, but NCIX was the bomb in its heyday.

The computer sign is great - I think its awesome. I hope to see it lit up in the window the next time I drive by.

Edit - can I use my NCIX Advantage points at LTT store? Haha!

Not to be a downer, but the X is upside down.  The intersecting line should be above the middle not below.

The logo in the membership card above shows what I mean.

And here I expected a powerbutton like this:

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005937149992.html?

That way you still have some front-IO on your desk for quick and easy access when you need a flashdrive/usb-stick

Where do I get a mounting back plate for the power supply? I only need 3d file, as I'm, building a Xbox case that would be a great help.

Watched this with my GF, we both saw it, but aren't sure if it's intentional or not, but is the X upside down in the final build? both my GF and I agree it's upside down, but she's thinking that it may be intentional, or the way that it was up at NCIX, given their inconsistency with signage that Linux mentioned earlier in the video. Or maybe it was something that needed to happen with that particular build to get everything to fit properly?
