One of my front USB 3.0 ports is not working.  I have tried plugging multiple things into the port but nothing seems to work on it.  If I plug in a 360 controller it it lights up for a second then immediately shuts off.  I have a Corsair C70, the two front usb ports are connected via the same cable.  One port works perfectly fine.

See if a pin is bent on the USB header of the motherboard.

That and also just re-check, re-seat and follow the entire path of that cord & header. Make sure everything is as it should be.

At the worst, these types of things do happen with USB ports once in a while.. Unfortunately, fixing it isn't usually worth the time and stress; considering how cheap extra USB ports/hubs are nowadays - internal or external.

So, the motherboard has a bent pin. Its pretty bad. Should I try to straighten it out? Or should I try to send it into RMA?

Try to straighten it if you can. If you have more ports on your motherboard, just plug them somewhere else.

check to see if your board has 2 usb 3 header if so just switch it round.  as a last resort you could use 3.0 to 2.0 converted. so all the ports work but at 2.0 speed.  not sure if you can RMA
