Laptop issue??

That is absolutly normal. When you can wake it up by clicking, its not actually sleeping, but just turning the screen off to save some power. instead of going into actuall power saving mode (where you have to press the power button). You can see and change after what time either of those happen in the following : Start/Control Panel/System and Security/Power Options

That is absolutly normal.
