Go to solution Solved by GuiltySpark_,

TPM on

Secure Boot on

CSM off

When installing, don't select an existing partition, delete all the partitions on the drive you intend to install to and then select the single "Unallocated Space" and click Next.

so when i try to install windows, it says that the requirement are not met but i have :
i7-12700kf
6750xt
32gb ddr5 memory
2tb ssd

Reset your bios to default settings, then make sure TPM and Secure Boot are enabled, and CSM is Off.  If your drive still doesn't show up it could be related to it being previously formatted for Legacy Windows and it's initialized as MBR, if that's the case you will need to go into CMD and wipe/reinitialize the drive as GPT.
