Parental control for iPad

In one video Linus had talked about the parental control that he uses with a token based system, different limits for educational and non-educational apps etc.

 

Does anyone know what app he uses or have suggestions? Mainly for iPad but also for Android phones and a desktop computer.

 

Trying to control screen time while allowing free access to educational apps.
