Should be able to fit a 6650 xt or 6600 xt if it's a decent 450w psu (C tier or more)

The psu is only 432w (36a 12v rail) but i dont think the rest of the system would draw over 120w so a 6600(xt) or a used 3060 would comfortably fit, though prefer a used 6700xt

A stock 6700xt is only 220w ish so itd fit in the 432w of the psu though you may wish to do abit of an undervolt (compensate by ocing vram)

When tech jesus made this video it was 330$ but its 200$ in my country now (1-6 month used)

So would a 6600 be a bad idea?( With 6 months of warranty)

What country?

Pricing of the 5700xt 6600xt and 6700xt used?

Here in indonesia used 6700xt are 190-200$ at the cheaper end so id look for a used 6700xt or atleast a used 5700xt/6600xt, i mean if this is the pricing in a developing country im sure youd see cheaper prices if you were in a more developed country
