do aios come prefilled? or do you have to manually refill them with a certain liquid?

Most AIOs are sealed and already filled, there are a very small few that have fill ports but most AIOs are going to be sealed loops. If you want to make sure you can post the make and model and we can let you know.

so will arctic freezer aios come prefilled right? Also how should i go about carrying my pc with an arctic aio on a plane?

As far as I know desktop computers need to be checked, they cannot be carried on. Artic freezer AIOS are prefilled yes, like I said AIOs in general are always going to be prefilled.

I did that once. When we landed, I saw them TOSS the box. I was mortified and it never worked right after that. 

 

Disassemble it as much as possible and securely pack it with the assumption that it will be abused!
