Linux Lite has badly bugs?

2 weeks ago, I checked my SSD with crystaldiskinfo it shows 97% good, Last week after I installed Linux Mint on my Dell Optiplex 5080 mini tower, it boots good, , then I format then after I clean install latest stable version Linux Lite, after I rebooted, I got stuck on booting screen for many minutes i have to force turn off and turn it back it on it can't boot then I tried to clean install windows 10 22h2, it shows no SSD, I think Linux Lite destroyed my , then I changed my SSD then I'm able to clean install windows 10 any thoughts on this?

I highly doubt it. Its most likely your SSD that died abnormally.
