Would like a recommendation for keyboard for work

Right now I have a membrane keyboard at work and I want a keyboard for my work. I live in Norway so I'm not always able to get the same brands that people on youtube have.

I also like the most silent keys as possible. Especially when it comes to the space bar.

If you looking for prebuild keyboard that is silent, you can get varmilo minilo series with the ec silent switches or you could go with epomaker rt100 with the silent switches.
Else you can just get keyboard kit put a lot of foam and use silent switches and maybe put foam on the spacebar to make it quieter.
