Converting non standard pin header

Hello people of the internet,

I have this old ish KVM that needs new fans and I want to put Noctuas in it. However, it uses a non standard pin header. Any one know of some proper solutions to this that don't involve soldering?

You can just push the pins out and rearrange them as you need to. Done it a million times to those damn Dell 5-pin fans.

Yup, just make sure you bend the wings back out otherwise they're not gonna stay in. 😉

Yeah its very fiddly on those small connectors, you need a tiny flat blade screwdriver or perhaps a spudger to push in the blade on the back of the connector to release the pin.

A sewing needle would work, just e careful you don't stick yourself with it.
