Switch: Topre

Keycaps: PBT or double shot PBT

backlit: white or RGB but must be driven DC or have a very high PWM frequency.

Not sure if this is what you look for but varmilo minilo 75% has EC switch option and there is nizkeyboard that make keyboard with EC switch
