So i want to buy this cpu its a AMD Ryzen 5 5600G - Ryzen 5 5000 G-Series Cezanne (Zen 3) 6-Core 3.9 GHz Socket AM4 65W AMD Radeon Graphics Desktop Processor - 100-100000252BOX

 

 

I was wondering if it would be fine running with my gpu i have a rx 570 i know it would probably bottleneck but i want to play like valorant and stuff and i was wondering if i would be fine

which cpu do you have now? It definitely won't bottleneck it. But at $128 it's not a great deal, cuz for only 7 bucks more the 5600 non x is there, and it's much better (just with no iGPU)

I have a ryzen 3 2200 g and i apologize im learning more about pcs what does no igpu mean

Thank you but question when i install the cpu it wont mess up like my gpu would it ? Cause i know my gpu sucks i feel like the cpu would overpower the gpu

Look at classifieds sites like fb marketplace

 

Theres basically no risk since cpus dont up and die on you compared to mobos where you may run into issues if you are unlucky
