So i just got this new Ram its Hyperx 8gb two of them but when i put my new ram on the mobo it wouldn't boot anymore so i tried placing my old ram on the mobo and my pc boot i tried everything on the new ram to just work but couldn't  make it happened so can y'all help me fix this problem? (My mobo is a68v+)

Hard to say without knowing a little more information about the RAM you have, but if I had to guess your MOBO/CPU only supports DDR3, and your new RAM is DDR4. Do you have the model numbers of your old and new RAM?

Agree with @WiredInventor. Post the exact model # of the RAM you purchased. 

ask me about my homelab

on a personal quest convincing the general public to return to the glory that is 12" laptops.

so i just realized that my new ram is DIMM and my old one is U-DIMM so do you have any tips on what to do on my new ram?

This is not your issue. U-DIMM just means "unbuffered".

The new one? HX318C10F/8  on my old one i cant find the model number of the ram so im just gonna put a picture of it.
