Strange windows behavior

Go to solution Solved by SImoHayha,

have you tried running safe mode and reinstalling GPU drivers?

Also if when your peripherals load up. Do the following on your keyboard ( Win + Shift + ctrl + B ) this is a hotkey to manually reset windows drivers and can be done on the windows login screen. This should probably "temp" fix the issue until you reinstall GPU Drivers.

Woke up this morning excited to play a new game that came out today and got greeted with this instead. Any help is appreciated as I am fairly Tech Savvy, but not enough to deal with this issue. The pic is the screen I see but the loading wheel is not spinning it is just stuck. All of my peripherals light up and work just fine. Like my stream deck I can navigate through its pages just fine. On my Beacon mix create I can adjust the volume of things and navigate through its pages just fine. Numlock and Capslock works on my keyboard all of my RGB animations work just fine. So it seems to me like windows is running but it's not able to connect to a display or something of that nature. Maybe it's some sort of graphics driver issue. But windows is clearly running in the background because all of my peripherals are controlled entirely through windows software.  I honestly have no idea and I could really use some help.

So anything is appreciated really.
