How to get rid of this UI W11 bug?

As you can see in the attached image.

 

Sometimes after I arrange my "windows" using the grid thing of the system, when I click on one of them, another gets this grey square on top, it goes away when I click back inside that window....

 

I have the stock W11 haven't installed any mod or something.

I'm not sure of this, but I think this gets worse when I'm video calling on Google meet and using nvidia broadcast
