Hello... I was looking over your list and I think this one would do you much better. Please let me know what you think.

 

I was able to move you from a Gen3 M.2 to a Gen4 M.2 for much faster Speeds. I switched the Case so that it has all the extra Fans you will need. The Corsair 5000D only has 2 and it is way too pricey. Everything else that I changed was so that it could all fit into your budget.
