Pc keeps memory training

So ive recently rebuilt my PC and it seems that with EXPO enabled it does memory training on every reboot, sometimes even after i wake the PC from sleep. I was looking around and there doesnt seem to be anyway to prevent this from happening aside from never turning the PC off. Was wondering if any of yall have any ideas on how to prevent this.
Motherboard: ASRock B650E PG riptide

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Ram:Corsair Vengence 2x32gb CMK64GX5M2B6000C40
GPU: EVGA 3080 TI FTW3

I used to have the Memory Context setting to help with training, but recent BIOS's have negated that need.

Yea ive got that turned on had it turned on since i built it thats why im so confused why it still does it almost every reboot lol

Are you running just Optimized Defaults or have you done PBO/CO as well?

Im running pbo through the prrformance preset

Can you reset the bios to defaults and see if that reduces boot time?

I am at a loss then.  It may be something more specific to Corsair RAM or the motherboard.

 

Sorry man, I know that's frustrating each time.
