Budget (including currency): $700-$900

Country: US Midwest

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly light games like League or Minecraft, although I'd still like to be able to play other games without any performance issues. I'm also planning on using it for school. I've been using a laptop, so having the most ultra-high settings isn't that much of a concern to me.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have all the peripherals I need, just need the pc itself.

Thank you! Would I realistically be able to find most of these parts in a store like Microcenter or would I have to order them online?

Microcenter might have most of those components. MC usually has some decent bundle deals that include board, cpu and ram. Each MC store has its own available inventory.
