Hyte Nexus Software doesnt Show Up

My problem is Quick and easy i installed the Hyte Nexus Software wantet to use it like in there videos on a monitor but the software is only showing in my task manager and not on any of my 3 displays.

does anyone had this problem? i reinstalled the software and doesnt helped i also have written an email to hyte about this problem if no one have this problem ever i hope i can find it out with them.
