Many of parts here are waste of the money. 500GB for 80 Euros is a joke. Same goes for 990 Pro, almost 200 Euros is rip off. Neither that Asus board is good, nor  that PSU is good for this build, you need compatible PSU.

Here is a new list for you, each part I changed is better than what you had or at least better for the price, for example SN850x is essentially the same, but cheaper.

I would also recommend checking prices and considering getting 4080 Super from different brand if they offer better price, don't decide on Asus beforehand, especially now since they have fallen quite a bit in reliability and there are plenty of brands that have cut up with Asus quality and sometimes have better prices.

Neither that Asus board is good

I'd fight you on this, the B650E-E Strix is one of the few ASUS boards on AM5 I'd be willing to recommend since it's one of a handful of boards that give you a POST code and is usually one of the cheapest that does with other features matching that of the midrange X670E boards, though overall with everything else I agree. Whether or not that board is necessary is up for debate, a $200 B650 Aorus Elite or LiveMixer would probably be more than adequate and there is some argument to be made that a B650E Taichi Lite would be the better board in this situation, but none of that is to say the B650E-E Strix is bad, it's actually quite decent and doesn't have the ASUS tax with it.

Also, I'd ditch the two SN850Xs and just get a single 4TB drive instead. Sure, it'll be a little slower, but it's rare for that to actually be noticeable.

This is what I'd build:

In a gaming system 64GB of memory is overkill.

For ~€20 more a 1TB 980 Pro is available. The added capacity, if nothing else, improves wear leveling, extending drive life.

Consider an ATX 3.0 compliant PSU that provides native support for the 12VHPWR connector used by the GPU.

Thanks All for the information and recommendations.

i have made a new list with adviced parts by you guys.

i went with the X670E board for the extra usb-c . and i choose the G.skill Flare X5 sticks because of the big price difference for the same speed.

im not set on a ASUS 4080 Super, i just picked one on the list because none are available yet to compare.
But if you guys have recommendations on what brand to go for on the 4080 Super would be highly appreciated.

updated list below :
