BLUE SCREEN BSOD

Hello everyone i experienced BLUE SCREEN it's second time i don't know why it is happening i have reset windows 11 couple days ago and don't know why my laptop is not overheating C drive is very free and system works just fine i've seen that with my friend also why it is happening Btw Blue screen keeps only like 3-4 seconds does it have any harm to my laptop and anyone experiencing it?
