What mobo do i get ($150 aud, LGA 1700 and ATX)

Hey guys i'm wanting to get into pc building, i already have a 3060 ti and a core i5 12400F. but now i am looking for a mobo. Requirements: LGA 1700 socket, around $150 aud and must be atx.

please help!!!

DDR4 or DDR5? i guess DDR4 at the limited price point but id wanted to ask

i also dont mind going around $50 aud over budget as i can make some changes

I would probably go to an ASRock board on the Z690 chipset.
