Consistent Restarting While Gaming (Fixed)

I upgraded my two year old gaming computer to a 5900x (yes I updated the bios) and A 4070 recently and everything has been running perfectly. I also upgraded the PSU to a MSI MPG A850G.

other system specs:

msi b550 gaming edge wifi (2yrs old),

16gb vengeance lpx ddr4 3200 (2yrs old),

wraith prism cooler (new),

500gb nvme drive (2yrs old),

1tb hdd (2yrs old),

It is also important to note that I recently upgraded to windows 11 as well.

anyways, I downloaded the Finals today and during the animations following each match, my computer would restart. After this happened a few times I reseated the GPU, RAM, and all cables. I tried again and the issue persisted, so I uninstalled and reinstalled my display drivers, and ran the windows memory check thing. when I tried again the issue continued. I turned on my MSI Afterburner overlay while playing and all temps are fine. the GPU usage was at 99% though, and this was the first game where I saw that. everytime it has restarted, the VGA debugging light has flashed red but I am pretty sure that that is just part of the booting process.

please offer some guidance as I am very confused why this only happens on a specific screen in a specific game.

Vengeance lpx has known compatibility issues with Ryzen, so that’s my first guess.

Do you have any files in C:\windows\minidump?

if so, copy and paste the folder to desktop, then upload the files from the desktop to here.
