I made changes to some registry items and I would like to reset all the registry to default without losing my files and what not because i don't really have the time to download all my software again. I changed things like permissions and ownership of things and  other things to some things because I was trying to fix an error. I'm on windows 11

If your changes were made under HKey Current User, create a new user account.

Blindly tinkering with the registry isn't how you solve Windows problems. We might be able to help you solve the issue which led to your current predicament, though.

it wasnt blindly I was following a tutorial
