Any difference between brands?

asus turbo, asus rog or zotac

Asus' Turbo is their base model, with a blower style cooler and a basic copper heat sink. The ROG, on the other hand, is one of their high end models, with multiple fans and a nice vapor chamber.
Zotac has a pretty wide range of offerings, but their budget options are ones I have more experience with, and generally they have some pretty good cooling performance.

Ever since a few generations ago, Nvidia has a feature called "GPU boost" which is enabled by default. The better the cooling on the graphics card, the more performance you will get with automatic boost speeds. A GTX 1080 with a good cooler should automatically be boosting over 1800MHz. Often close to 2000MHz

For the most part, the difference is just the coolers. The ROG/Strix card is likely to be the best option if all three of those are the same price, though all will work.

Only card I would truly avoid is the EVGA FTW because those cards had faulty VRM components and are known for dying out of nowhere. Pretty much every other 1080 will be good enough.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

I wanted to get 1080 and im not sure if there is any difference between brands, i can get asus turbo, asus rog or zotac so i was wondering if there is any difference

They use the same Nvidia chip, but the difference between brands is that each one have different cooling efficiency, warranty and in some cases they have different boost/base clocks.
