Win 11 Laging in menus

My pc started randomly laging in menus and roblox just crash on launch , im running and r7 2700x (oc) and a 3070  (OC) also in assetto corsa content manager it is very laggy i tried updates cleaning stuff turning off featchers

but no effect. in games work perfectly but in menus it just frezes
