Budget: max 2000 Euro (2500 if the 2k are too tight for the specs)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: VegasPro15, Photoshop/Lightroom, AutoCAD, Unreal Engine (less priority), Office

Other details: At the moment i am working with a PC Intel 12900k and a GTX 1070. There are a few keynotes i want to add, that are at least important to me. With the research i done so far most recommendations point to a Apple Product, the issue for me is have to switch all programs for the new OS. I prefer here a windows OS over a apple if its worth the performance per $.  2nd the system needs to be okay with subtropical temps on the outside (~30°C daily). Not an expert on power supplies, but a plug converter for different regions is enough?  Or is a power supply that fits the region recommended? 

Not a must have but more than just 2 USB port would be nice. 

Edit: Framework Laptops seem pricewise and for the future a viable solution.

How about Dell XPS 15?
LTT subchannel ShortCircuit gave a nice overall review of this product

It has total of 3 USB-C port, specs Intel 13700H or 13900H (for laptop, it's better to just take the 13700H version), Intel or NVIDIA Dedicated GPU, storage variety from 500GB to 4TB and acceptable screen color accuracy
