Cannot access BIOS - Constant "Repairing computer"

So ever since moving my old parts into a new build, every time I boot up my computer it goes into the windows boot options menu saying that I have a System32 pathway error, now I have gotten past this by going to advanced settings and launching with a specific drive (I have an M.2, SSD, and Hard Drive - Windows is installed on the SSD). I would like for this to not happen every time I turn the PC on though. But when I boot up the computer to try and get to BIOS, it just starts with the Aorus OS trying to repair my device and I cannot get into the BIOS settings to change which drive to boot from.

Any ideas?
