nvidia control panel broken?

im stuck on surround mode after my NVIDIA control panel will open, but it doesnt show up on my monitor, its the only one plugged in. when i hover over the app it is just a white screen and doesnt show on the desktop

all drivers up to date, the app was working fine earlier

restarted pc

done everything i can to try based off YT videos

Click on the Nvidia Control Panel icon here (from what I am seeing it launches but offscreen) then hold windows key then use arrow keys to see if you can make the window appear.
