What rgb controller do i need?

So i have 6 rgb fans and 2 rgb strimer cables. (does the cpu cooler block need a cable too: Thermalright Frozen Prism ARGB 70.4 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler) what argb controller can i use to individually adress every singe one of these rgb devices?

I know that RGB doesn't make my PC 10 times faster...but at least 2 times

Depends on what controll u want, software? button? IR remote?
