Work PC died. I get a new one. Can't figure out Outlook (WTF?!) (Help)

Hi guys

Never in my life used Outlook.

Started work at a new place, and my great luck, after one week the old PC totally died.

PC dude that set everything up is nowhere to be found (what a shit show - pardon my French).

Order a new PC (boss payed of course).

I set everything up, expect I am having issues with OUTLOOK. What is this abomination?

I am getting "can't connect to Server" or something of this sort.

WHAT SERVER?????????????????????????????????????????????

So I go to the online version of Outlook, and I can send and receive, but the windows app can't. Why?

Advice is appreciated! Thank you.

PS - in case needed, I have access to other computers in the office - if that helps to get some needed info.

THANK YOU

Your corporate IT team needs to help you with this.

Take a few breaths, go get a drink of water, calm yourself down, and go ask them for support. That's their job.

An email client that's been around for decades.

Because it's not set up right.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

Yeah, you just need whatever setup info is required for your company’s technology. Sometime it’s as easy as signing into windows with your work 365 account, sometimes it’s more involved.
