Small red dots on screen

On my Xbox series x there’s tiny red does but only seems to be in some or the colors on screen but not all (as you can see if the video with how it’s only some colors) tried different cables and TVs and monitors and can’t go up to 144p I’d I do just gets no signal on monitor 1080p 120hz and 60hz works but still with the red dots so at this point where don’t know if it’s worth sending it in or just getting another hdmi port swap would fix it or the gpu is going out on it what I read some people where saying but i don’t know if after the swap the dots would still be there just figured I’d post to see what people say before doing anything
