I accidentally bought a gigabyte aero 4070 off Amazon third party seller for 630$ and has already shipped. It is protected by Amazon A to z and I think I can’t cancel it even though I submitted request and messaged seller. Should I worry about getting scammed and if so what should I do.

company is some unknown Chinese brand with one review it’s called SWTKJK

Record yourself unboxing it start to finish without any cuts. Ideally have someone else record or set the camera in a position that films everything. Or refuse the package for it to be returned.

What would you say my chances of it being a scam is and what if it’s actually just a used card and also how do I tell if it’s a fake card or used GPUZ?? And should I return it to seller if it’s used or file a claim

I have never heard of fakes of these cards in the wild. The overwhelming majority of the fake cards that proliferated a few years were were masquerading as stuff like the 1050 ti and 1060.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Can't you just send it back to Amazon once received, for whatever reason you may think of ?

That would be the most logical way but amazons policy says that I can return or file a claim. And honestly I just wanna go ahead and use my computer and the company as sketchy as it may be may not give me a refund meaning I’ll have to file another claim to Amazon etc etc(Ik I may be overthinking this) package doesn’t go to Amazon it goes directly back to seller somewhere In China

Well if the card works you'll keep it, if it doesn't you send it back and file a claim, you're good both ways
